The location is absolutely lit, in the most happening suburb of the city. The staff are total gems, always ready to help and make you feel at home. The food and ambience of the restaurants are mind-blowing. The rooms are super comfy and sparkling clean. Ideal for work trips.

We had a problem with the a/c and fan in room 209, but it was sorted out efficiently and we were moved to another room which was fine.

The hotel is situated in Bandra which is one of the most affluent neibourhoods of Mumbai City, You have some of the best restaurants within walking distance of this hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious and the best thing i liked about it was the raised marble platform which is so convenient to place your bags and use them as wardroabs without having to bend all the time. The airport transfer was awesome but a little expensive at Rs 800/- a drop. overall the experience was nice and i would definately stay at this hotel again and again. Cheers

The wireless internet was very slow and the food was very greasy but delicious.The hotel security guards give you a feeling of fishing for tips all the time for any little thing they do and this was very uncomfortable but what can you expect from a city like Mumbai.

The staff is very courteous and the location is incredible with a fantastic breakfast served. the rooms are impeccably clean, stylish, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. the hotel offers top-notch service, a rooftop restaurant, and even free wifi. It's a very comfortable stay with a quiet bedroom and the option for a late check-out.

There was no natural sunlight in our room. The room faced a wall - in other words, no view at all.

Reasonably clean accommodation, outstandingly accommodating staff on night shift. Location close to the waterfront, and south Mumbai by taxi in good time. The rooftop restaurant with good food. Early check-in, late check-out. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

Original hotel with air-conditioned rooms. Savoury breakfast selection of outstanding things. - Excellent location just off the railway station, Executive Enclave, popular cafes, bars, and restaurants. - Early check-in and hospitable service. - Everything nice.

I thought the staff were extremely helpful, and would go out of their way to help you. The location in Bandra is fantastic. If you like Bandra then this is the perfect place to stay as you are close to all the great restaurants, cafes and markets.

The hotel is located centrally in Bandra and only a 5 minute walk to linking road where there is a lot of stores. The staff were friendly.
